As a photographer I've traveled to countries, chased hurricanes, documented lives and published books.
In 2007, my days of running to shoot took a back seat to being a more important job, being a mom.
Though I miss the freedom to travel anytime and anywhere; being a stay at home mom of 4 kids under the age of 10 has brought about more joy than any trip ever could.
This project is a push. A challenge to myself to shoot from a mom's perspective, for 365 days, and make the images aesthetically pleasing and hopefully interesting to non-moms and moms alike.
It's easy to go to Europe, Asia, Africa, and get amazing photos. It's a bit harder to open your eyes to the world inside your 4 walls. This is my 365 project.
